Time Out
Sometimes, a short break can make a big difference. The Time Out option allows you to temporarily block access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
During your Time Out period, you won’t be able to place any bets, and all unmatched bets will be cancelled with funds returned to your account. Matched bets, including BSP bets, will remain active.

Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break or are concerned about your gambling habits, Self-Exclusion allows you to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, or permanently.
During this period, you will not be able to access your account under any circumstances. Unmatched bets will be cancelled and funds returned. All matched bets will stand. Account reactivation is only considered after the minimum exclusion period ends and a formal written request is received.

Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Pro Bet Insight Pty Limited account at any time. This action is different from Time Out or Self-Exclusion and can be reversed, subject to review.
To close your account, log in and visit My Account → Player Protection → Close My Account. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team on +61 438 331 467 or via [email protected].
Once a closure request is submitted, your account will be suspended immediately. You will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Any unmatched Exchange bets will be cancelled, and matched bets — including BSP — will remain active.
Closure requests submitted by email will be processed as soon as possible. We will contact you to confirm once the request is complete.
If you later wish to reopen your account, you can submit a request to our Customer Service team. We will review the request and make a decision based on your history and player protection standards. Please note that Pro Bet Insight Pty Limited reserves the right to keep an account closed.
